Therapist

ABA is currently taking applications for Clinic-Based or Home-Based:


Speech Therapists - SLP

Speech Therapy Assistants - SLP-A

Occupational Therapists - OTR/L

Occupational Therapy Assistants - COTA/L

Physical Therapists - PT

Music Therapists - MT-BC

Early Autism Specialist

Bachelor level Autism Specialists must be a BCaBA, possess a Bachelors Degree in a related field and 2 years experience with autism, or a Bachelors Degree in an unrelated field and 5 years experience.


Master level Autism Specialists must be a BCBA, have a Masters Degree in a related field and 2 years experience with autism, or a Masters Degree in an unrelated field and 5 years experience.

HCBS Provider

HCBS (Home and Community- Based Service) Providers for Habilitation, Respite and Attendant Care must be 18 years of age, possess a valid government issued ID, be willing to be trained in our required areas including CPR, 1st Aid, Article 9 and Habilitation/ABA class at minimum, and must undergo a Federal Fingerprint Background Check.


Education, training or experience a + but not required.

Training Schedule

All applicants must become certified in CPR and First Aid as well as Article 9 training. Habilitation or Early Childhood Autism Providers must also undergo ABA/Habilitation Training.  Once hired, providers must maintain all certifications. We will accept proof of training from other entities, however, A Brighter Avenue does have these classes as an option to take in-house.

CPR and First Aid


CPR and First Aid are taught together in suite 300 typically on Wednesday mornings from 9:00 am - 12:30 pm and Thursday evenings from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.  Please click here for more information.

Article 9

Article 9 is taught in suite 300. It is usually given 

Monday evenings from 5:00 pm - 8:30 pm and 

Thursday mornings from 8:30 am  - 12:00 noon. 

ABA/Habilitation


ABA/Habilitation Level 1  is taught in suite 300.  It is generally given every Thursday afternoon from 12:30 pm - 3:30 pm.  ABA/Habilitation Level 2 class is taught once a quarter.  Please click here for more information on this class.
