Our kiddos usually have an authorization from the state that lasts one year. You can see the start and end date by logging in, going to your time card on that child, and clicking "Check for Auths."
Once the authorization has expired, it usually takes the Support Coordinator a couple weeks to get the new one in. During that time, you won't be able to enter your hours but once it's in, we can back bill for you. In the meantime, just hand write your time on your printed time card.
